CHICO FREEMAN, wybitny saksofonista (tenor, sopran) amerykański, kompozytor, lider. W 1972 roku ukończył kompozycję i teorię muzyki na Governors State University w Illinois. W 1976 roku nagrał debiutancki album „Morning Prayer”, który przyniósł mu New York Jazz Award. W kolejnych latach ukazały się jego następne płyty: „No Time Left”, „Tradition in Transition” i „The Outside Within”. Grał m.in. z Dizzym Gillespie’em, McCoyem Tynerem, Elvinem Jonesem, Charlesem Mingusem, Artem Blakeyem, braćmi Marsalisami, Cecilem McBee, Tomaszem Stańką. Był dwukrotnie nominowany do Grammy. Wykonywał różne odmiany jazzu: standardy, afro-cuban, awangardę i fusion, dziś uchodzi za przedstawiciela nowoczesnego postbopu. Operuje pięknym ciepłym tonem, w jego muzyce słychać echa stylu Coltrane’a.
HEIRI KÄNZIG, jeden z najlepszych kontrabasistów w Europie. Szerzej dał się poznać w Vienna Art Orchestra. Występował i nagrywał z całą czołówką światowego jazzu i fusion: Johnem Scofieldem, Billym Cobhamem, Kennym Wheelerem, Ralphem Townerem, Betty Carter, Didierem Lockwoodem. Pojawił się na ok. 130 płytach nagranych dla Blue Note, Verve, ACT i Virgin.
RETO WEBER, szwajcarski perkusista, specjalizujący się w grze na instrumentach etnicznych. Jest twórcą międzynarodowej Percussion Orchestra, z którą występował na całym świecie. Współpracował z Albertem Mangelsdorfem, Enrico Ravą, Eberhardem Weberem, Dave’em Hollandem.

CHICO FREEMAN, excellent American saxophonist (tenor, soprano), composer, leader. In 1972 he graduated musical theory and composition on Governors State University, Illinois. In 1976 he recorded his debut album “Morning Prayer”, which granted him New York Jazz Award. In following years his new albums were published: „No Time Left”, „Tradition in Transition” and „The Outside Within”. He played along Dizzy Gillespie, McCoy Tyner, Elvin Jones, Charles Mingus, Art Blakey, Marsalis brothers, Cecil McBee, Tomasz Stańka and others. He was nominated for Grammy twice. He performed many different jazz styles: standards, afro-cuban, avant-garde and fusion. Today he's considered as modern postbop representative. He operates with beautiful, warm tune, with hints of Coltrane in his music.

RETO WEBER, Swiss drummer, specialized in ethnic instruments. Creator of international Percussion Orchestra, with which he performed all over the World. He worked with Albert Mangelsdorf, Enrico Rava, Eberhard Weber, Dave Holland.
