 Gail Archer is an international concert organist, recording artist, choral conductor and lecturer who draws attention to composer anniversaries or musical themes with her annual recital series in New York City: An American Idyll, Liszt, Bach, Mendelssohn and Messiaen. In spring, 2013, the five-concert series was, “The Muses Voice: A Celebration of International Women Composers.” Ms. Archer was the first American woman to play the complete works of Olivier Messiaen for the centennial of the composer’s birth in 2008; Time-Out New York recognized the Messiaen cycle as “Best of 2008 ” in Classical music and opera. Her recordings include The Muse’s Voice, Franz Liszt: A Hungarian Rhapsody, Bach, the Transcendent Genius, An American Idyll, A Mystic In the Making on Meyer-Media LLC and The Orpheus of Amsterdam: Sweelinck and his Pupils on CALA Records, London. She is the founder of Musforum, www.musforum.org am international network for women organists to promote and affirm their work. Ms. Archer is college organist at Vassar College, and director of the music program at Barnard College, Columbia University where she conducts the Barnard-Columbia Chorus. She serves as director of the artist and young organ artist recitals at historic Central Synagogue, New York City.

Paulina Tarnawska urodziła się w 1986 roku w Krakowie. W 2010 ukończyła Krakowską Akademię Muzyczną w klasie Ewy Szubra- Jargoniowej, a następnie naukę kontynuowała w klasie Roberta Szredera w Konserwatorium Muzycznym w Maastricht. W 2008 roku otrzymała Stypendium Miasta Krakowa dla szczególnie uzdolnionych studentów. W lipcu 2011 otrzymała III nagrodę na Międzynarodowym Konkursie Skrzypcowym w Bled w Słowenii. W roku 2012/2013 była nauczycielem w Edward Said National Conservatory of Music w Ramallah w Autonomii Palestyńskiej. Brała udział wielu Akademiach orkiestrowych, była członkiem KZN Philharmonic Orchestra w Durbanie. Występowała jako muzyk solowy i kameralista w Polsce i zagranicą, m. in. w Fritz Philips Muziekgebouw w Eindhoven, jak również we Francji i Izraelu. W lutym 2012 wykonała serię koncertów z Koncertem skrzypcowym Kurta Weilla pod dyrekcją Theo Woltersa. Obecnie jest członkiem Hulencourt Soloists Chamber Orchestra.

She attendedmany orchestral academies, and she wasa member of theKZNPhilharmonic Orchestrain Durban.She has performed asa soloistand chambermusicianin Poland and abroad including Muziekgebouw Frits Philipsin Eindhoven,as well asin France andIsrael.In February 2012 shegavea series of concertspresenting Kurt Weill'sViolin Concertounder the baton ofTheoWolters. She is currentlya member ofHulencourtSoloistsChamber Orchestra.
